If you need to make a claim, or need ask about something related to a claim, please call our Claims Department on 0845 603 9892, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. You will then be sent a claims form to complete.

If you need to make a claim, please notify us as soon as possible, and no later than 31 days after any incident that may result in a claim.
Keep any invoices/receipts related to your claim so you can send them with your claims form.
